Here's how it works: In the unlikely event you have an issue with your unit, simply give us a call on 1300 537 300 or submit an online enquiry HERE and we will get back to you ASAP. We will then troubleshoot with you over the phone and work with you to figure out the best course of action, this might be returning the unit to us so it can be repaired, or us arranging for a technician to visit onsite and make the required repairs. Either way, we stand by our products 100%.
The Warranty does not cover general wear and tear, hire, inappropriate use or problems as a result of non-maintenance as specified by the product manual.

All deliveries require a signature on receipt, we will notify you when your item has been despatched and a likely delivery timeframe. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery.
